Gorsebrook, a CKC permanently registered Labrador Retriever breeder since 1989, is located in Eastern Ontario's Rideau River Valley. Their breeding program is committed to producing English-type Labradors that are not only happy and healthy but also excel in various fields. These dogs are known for their prowess in specialty and all-breed show rings, obedience, field competitions, and as hospital therapy visitors. They are also cherished as playful companions for children and as skilled hunting partners. Gorsebrook's reputation for breeding beautiful, intelligent, working-titled champions is well-established. K4Paws is privileged to include puppies from Gorsebrook in our program, acknowledging the exceptional quality and versatility they bring.
CTV Ottawa played a key role in bringing attention to an event held at Playdium in Kingston, organized to support a young girl on our waitlist. Their coverage of the event in a news item significantly helped in highlighting our efforts and the specific needs of those we aim to assist. This feature on CTV Ottawa not only raised awareness about our cause but also underscored the community's involvement in supporting individuals in need. We are grateful for their coverage and the impact it has had.
The Kingston Brewing Company (KBC) generously supports our events by providing all the hot chocolate for Snow Much Fun and the New Year’s Eve Party at City Hall, free of charge. Their contribution significantly enhances these events, adding a delightful element for attendees. Additionally, KBC actively promotes our events on the table calendars in their popular downtown restaurant, further aiding in our outreach and visibility. We greatly appreciate KBC's enthusiastic support and promotion, vital in the success of our community events.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to John Reno and Brett Gambino for their generous donation of all proceeds from their exceptional concert at the Grand Theatre in Kingston, held in October 2014. Their kindness and support through this event have made a significant contribution to our cause, showcasing their commitment to community welfare and the success of our initiatives. Their gesture is a testament to the power of community involvement and philanthropy in making a meaningful difference.
